Using the Library Over Winter Break

The libraries will be closed over Winter Break. That doesn't mean you can't use many of our services while you're at home, though.

Using Electronic Resources from Home:

When you try to use most of our electronic resources from off-campus, you will be prompted for your name and the 16 digit number from your OneCard. Some of you have OneCards with illegible numbers on them. Contact us on FirstClass (AskUs or ADM Desks) so we can give you the 16 digits that appear on your Library Record. More information about off-campus access to library resources is available.

Return and Renew:

Make sure you have returned or renewed (over Wintersession) all materials that are checked out to you to avoid fines in the New Year. Go to the library's home page and look for the MY LIBRARY link for a list of all items checked out and their duedates, plus information whether they can be renewed.

Questions?

In FirstClass, send a message to AskUs and we'll try to get back to you (remember that we're taking vacations too, so our response time will be slower than normal...)
