Good news: we now have access to the Arts & Humanities Citation Index, and to additional content in the Social Sciences Citation Index and the Science Citation Index from Web of Science.

The updated subscription allows you to search citations for the following years:

Science Citation Index Expanded: 1900-present
Social Sciences Citation Index: 1956-present
Arts & Humanities Citation Index: 1975-present

Web of Science facilitates interdisciplinary subject searching of scholarly articles in the humanities, social, physical, and life sciences. It's a particularly powerful tool for tracking citation networks. When you access a citation within Web of Science, you can access a list of articles the author cited in her work (click on the Cited References link in the record), as well as a list of articles citing that author's work (click on the Times Cited link):
